What is TetherX and how does it work?
TetherX is a Platform as a Service (PaaS) that connects all your physical security devices into a single visual dashboard. It brings together video surveillance, alarm panels, access control, and other IP or serial devices to the cloud for centralised monitoring and management.
What is TetherBox and do I need one?
As a software company, TetherX provides the platform software that can run on various hardware options. TetherBox is our pre-configured hardware gateway device that connects your on-site security equipment to the TetherX cloud platform. However, our software can also run on any compatible Intel, AMD or ARM server, including Raspberry Pi devices. You can purchase a TetherBox directly from us or one of our partners, or deploy our software on your existing compatible hardware.
Do you provide installation and monitoring services?
We are the platform developers. Installation and monitoring services are provided by our extensive network of certified partners globally. We can connect you with approved partners in your area who offer these services.
How can I become a TetherX partner or integrator?
We welcome new partners! Our partner program includes free technical and sales training, access to our platform, marketing support, and ongoing technical guidance. Complete our partner registration form or contact us to learn more about joining our partner network.
